    3. This is truly an intriguing read. Couldn't we all do with a little more happiness in our lives. James has really captured a great insight into how changing our perspectives can help do just that. Great read, highly recommended.

    5. It is obvious that James has done a lot of research on this topic and has compiled a no-nonsense and an easy to understand book.I do agree with most of causes which affect happiness. A lot of misconceptions/myths will be deleted from your mind which were formed as part of growing up in the west.You would enjoy and learn a lot from the 'exploring meaning' section where James has answered 13 vital questions which most of us need to know.Overall a great read with doable tips for everyone everyday.

    6. This is a well formatted book on the subject of happiness. The author has provided an interesting insight in to changing ones perspective to increase happiness. This was a great read and I recommend anyone to pick this one up.
